Non-profits, local boards of aging, community centers, and churches are among the various types of organizations that can become a Care Calls Provider. If your organization can mobilize a small group of volunteers who have Internet access, then you can become an effective service provider.
What is the commitment?
Our mission is to make it easy for local organizations to launch, manage, and grow an effective call reassurance program. Since there will only be one Care Calls service provider per area, we ask that each new provider make at least a two year commitment to running a call reassurance service in their area.
What is the cost?
There is no setup fee, or monthly license fee. After your first six months of service, each provider will pay a monthly license fee which will cover the cost of running, updating, and maintaining the Care Calls system, hosting your provider website and database, as well as providing you with system and software support. Because each provider has exclusive rights to use our system locally, the license fee will vary based on your area's population.
Just click the 'Start Here' button and go through our setup wizard. You will be able to tailor your service to your community's needs. For example, you can choose what days and times of the week you would like to offer this service, you can allow or disallow volunteers to set their own volunteering schedules, and you can activate a donations section to solicit contributions to support your service.
Your organization probably has a small base of volunteers already. With Care Calls, just a small active group of volunteers can run this service. You will be able to send email invitations to volunteers in your provider admin section. Once they respond and have been approved, you can activate them in the system and assign them a calling time slot.
Easily. Once you have approved and activated your volunteers, the Care Calls system drastically reduces your administration workload by allowing volunteers to access their callee lists remotely, allowing callees to register for service through your website or toll free number, and allowing you to review callee and volunteer activity reports at any time.
